Getting Started

After your free meet & greet, we'll send you an onboarding link to sign up for membership.

Once your membership is active, your SigmaMD account is created automatically and you'll receive a link to download the app. Sign in with the email you used to enroll. Prefer a hand? Our staff will set it up with you in person.

Schedule your first appointment right in the app. From then on, that's where you'll find your records, lab results, and messages.
You can also sign in at patient.sigmamd.com to send messages, share files, and fill out forms when you're at a computer. In our experience the mobile app is the better experience, with a fuller feature set: lab results, health records, and appointment scheduling are only available there.
Documents
Sample copies of the current versions of the documents we give every patient, for reference. The version you signed may differ; your signed copy is saved in your SigmaMD record, where you can review it any time in the app or web portal.
