Standalone Consultations
Metabolic Consultation
A focused, one-hour metabolic evaluation for a specific concern, without joining a membership program. Ideal if you already have a primary care provider you'd like to keep, but want expert guidance on weight management or metabolic health, or if you'd like to try Bloom before committing to the full Metabolic Program.
We review your concerns
A thorough conversation about your weight, metabolic health, and any related concerns, including your history and what you're hoping to change.
We recommend testing
Relevant labs or testing chosen for your situation, which may include MyPhenome, labwork, or body composition analysis.*
You leave with a plan
Personalized recommendations you can act on. If you'd like ongoing support, ask about our membership programs.

Consultations are best for a single question or concern. For ongoing metabolic care, labs, and support between visits, most patients choose membership.
