Check your email — download the app

You'll receive an email with a link to download our mobile app and access your patient portal. This is where you'll complete intake forms, message Dr. Katya directly, and manage your care. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

Schedule your initial visit

Once you're in the portal, you'll book your first visit. Plan for 30–60 minutes — Dr. Katya will go through your health history and any concerns you'd like to address right away. Come with your questions and anything that's been on your mind. There's no rush.

What to bring

If you have them handy, bring a list of current medications and supplements, any recent lab work, vaccination records, and notes from specialists you currently see. Don't stress if you don't have everything — we'll work with what you have and order anything we need.
